Debating on returning

hey guys.

I've played the game years ago (maybe 2) and well,I'm bored of everything else out there.

I got an email from the admins (who are awesome for doing this,btw!) about the game,the changes etc.

Anyways,I totaly forget what I played and I pretty much considered on starting anew. I dont,however box :( which might be a huge problem for me.

anyways,thought I'd give a hello with a possable frequent flyer to Dalaya :D
 
I don't see much grouping happening often, at least when I play. I don't know if you can box and choose not to, or just can't at all. Might be best to consider a solo friendly class if you can't box at all.

All in all, still fun. Have fun while playing
 
Groups are around but you have to seek them out in the early levels. Global OOC helps with that as well as sending tells to those who are near your level.

Two boxing helps when you really can not find anyone but it is not needed or required at all. I would pick a good solo class though.

well,ive cone up between the choices of SK,bard or my 16 monk >.>

I really like the SK feel and im familiar with tanking,the monk is slightly twinked ( think) and I know bards are mostly utility from what I can tell.
 
Idk what it is, but every bard I have known just AFKs with songs. Not really a complaint, maybe it's the type of person drawn to the class lol.

SKs are really nice, same with Monks. Both good choices if you get groups while you're leveling and stuff.

Surprisingly I find much more grouping going on here than on live(when I left in 2008).
Box a Tank/Healer and its very easy to get a group going.
When I play my 55 Pal/Dru box I dont even need activly looking for more,I get requests to join me
all the time.
It just can be difficult if you are lazy and dps #17 lfg.
 
I too, have been debating on returning. I haven't played for years but the population was always dwindling and I am not a fan of soloing, so, it's still up in the air.

As I've said above,I dont box. And to be honest,I'd rather not be just another DPS.

I've decided to start fresh or pick up my paladin instead,though im not sure either of those is a wise choice seeing posts about paladin aggro and the lack of low lvls
