Deathly Temptation

After giving this some consideration, I think it's a fair proposal. Not really because of the meditate thing, but more because +mana regen spells aren't that crucial anymore.

I will lower all lich type spells to 1 hp lost/mana given.

I was wondering if the lich line of spells for necros was changed if the SHD spell "Deathly Temptation" was also changed to 1 hp lost/mana given.
