Let me know if anyone has noticed any other:

• messages along the lines of "Unknown DB-String..."
• incorrect AA descriptions

I have fixes for a number of client-side issues with these files which have been bothering me.

dbstr_us

-SoD spell descriptions (on items / buffs)
-AA descriptions (e.g., Dread Lich showing up as Festering Curse)
-Character creation race descriptions
-Character creation stat descriptions
-Character creation class descriptions
-Removal of deprecated/empty strings​

eqstr_us

-Scrollbar on loading screen
-Fixed trap setting messages
-Removal of deprecated/empty strings​

Seems like a thing that should get patched (since currently patching overwrites any changes).
