Damaged Dagger Hilt and Broken Dagger Blade???

After some exping in Lasanth the other evening I looted a Broken Dagger Blade and Damaged Dagger Hilt....or whatever. Anyways, trying to figure out what they are for and can't seem to find any answers on the wiki or in game. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Ok, I've talked to Ryzan and gotten the text to find a smith in Newport. Is Gorund the smith I should look after? My rogue is level 43 and was wondering what level I need to acquire to get Gorund to smith the dagger for me or if that's even who I'm looking for. Thanks for the assistance Tsa!

Look for the smith in South Newport, and dont think too hard on it. Just go to the first place you'd think of if you wanted to get the services of a smithy.
