Curse this keyboard!!!!

Ok, i need my keyboard to work how it's suppose to work ok, it's like all the letter's are captalized and the caps lock is not even on, but i've fixed that porblem but the other porblems now is only one of my shift keys are working like the right one is not working and the left on is hardly working, (no i do not need to buy a new keyboard i had this keyboard for like 3 weeks) and another thing is i do not eat near my CPU or drink so, you can cross out buying a new keyboard, please help me.......

Trying doing these two checks...

Pop off the keys which are troubling you and check to see if rubber pads are bouncing back up properly. If the rubber pad in the key slot isn't, that might be your problem.

Also, the shift keys usually have a metal bracket guide which keeps the key from moving around. Check to see that it is firmly in place and the legs are in the appropriate guide slots and it slides properly.
