Current guides to setting up local Emu

I've been looking for one that has some up to dat information on how to set up a local Emu of EQ. I've checked out eqemulator.net and tried some of their guides, but so far I can't seem to get it working.

Thanks for any type or resource you can provide.

It uses the old domain, he probaly never updated his sig when they moved over!
