Crystalis weapon mod... poof?

It seems that Crystalis had it's 1hb mod removed at some point? Why was this? Was it a mistake or database error of some kind? The lore of the weapon literally says "+15 1hb".
 
yeah i noticed this a while ago but figured nobody cared so i never made an issue out of it. i asked slaar and he said that he didnt do it
 
seems the dev team allied themselves with the nerf team because the priest were to powerful with their auto attacks. The rangers parse DPS was in jeopardy. Oh and the bst dps as well. we cant have priest auto attacking well in exp grps. it will break the game.
 
honestly i think that this item having the +1hb mod removed was a buff because it means you mana drain yourself less often
 
have you logged the mana drain it does? its just 7. This was 6 months ago. I diubt its changed since slaar changed it

6592-6542 seems to be 50 mana lost, directly after crystalis proccing.

I know when i tested it some time ago i got a different answer when i did it. But 50 mana is just mana. If you are just auto attacking its no biggy, also keep in mind it still procs if you are oom for those clutch fights.
