Was doing the Newport Ring quest reciently on my paladin, seeking the Lawful hit. The quest npc didnt not spawn with his whisper. The turnin was done at nighttime.

I was wondering if someone could check to make sure the nighttime spawn of Sergeant Halsey is flagged to spawn the Benrik sidequest section.

I just did this part of the newport ring on my fledgling mage. I hailed Halsey at night (standing just inside the main gate) and Benrik popped where he normally does... so all appears to be working (at least as of a Friday night).
