create char crash

everytime i try to create a char eq crashes instantly. i read all of the previous things on this error and none of them helped... i think i did everything right and the hotfix didnt help unless i did something wrong with that too... please help thx

It's the hotfix. If it doesn't overwrite the ui folder, manually copy it over.
