crashing out of Temple of Yaralith

last night I was helpin' a guildie get his shaman mask in Yaralith, and I was fixin' to take the water tube to the Yaralith encounter when I got the "may have crashed" pop-up and then I got dumped back to windows.

I tried logging in again and continued getting the error message after character select and loading screen.

I asked what to do in IRC and they advised I posted what it's saying in dbg.txt.

Any chance you are using the wiki map pack? I had the exact same thing happen to me in Oggok. Deleted the Oggok map and everything was fine.
