Well, today I found out a few things!
First, the shared bank account doesn't work. I unfortunately found this out after I had put things into it then switched characters. I lost a lot of leather equipment and 35pp...hey, I was only level 11!
After a little bit of wandering around, I found out that my character was bugged because every time I would fight something, I would get disconnected and the zone would crash! This was a problem. I finally narrowed it down to whenever I actually got hit. I was thinking that this might have to do with the armor that poofed when I put it into the shared bank account slot.
How to rectify this problem. . . I first tried to borrow a friends armor and put it on, then take it off to hopefully update the database and straighten things out. Well, I forgot that I lost my bags in the shared account too. I only had 3 slots open for items to be traded, yet only realized this after the trade was complete. My friend lost 4 of his leather items, or rather I lost them for him. Luckily there was a GREAT GM on (thanks Satrak). He came over and helped me out without even a petition (he knew my plight because I was asking questions via OOC). He reimbursed my buddy his items and told us to have fun.
Well, with the database updated (hopefully) I figured I'd go out an fight a mob to see if it was really fixed. Unfortunately it was not. I got disconnected on the first hit. Well, the same GM didn't actually go away, he just hid and saw what happened. He had me create a new character then set me back up to where I was with my 1st guy. I deleted the 1st guy then got my 2nd guy renamed. All was well. Or so I thought.
The 1st creature to hit me AGAIN caused me to crash (probably the zone too). So I have unfortuately come to the conclusion that my account or something (maybe the name) is bugged. I even tried to delete all my UI's, but that didnt' help. I may try to get my name changed again...maybe that will take care of it. If not. I hope you all have a great time in WR. I did, in the short time I played there.
