Crash after character select

uhm so i tried zoning into Sro and my game crashed and i couldint log in with that character someone sent me the Sro files after that it worked again but i tried to zone to oasis now it happened again... could someone plz send me oasis and Nro files i seem to missing the files for both of them thank you my E-mail is [email protected] thanks
