hey, i was just wondering if anyone knew where/how i can further the council of innovation augmentation quest (i've already completed the MQ part). i've checked the wiki, but i can't find anything on it, so any input would be great. thanks

From the news on the front page:

- Players that have joined the Silver Crown will shortly find quests to take them from rank 2 (Soldier) to rank 5 (Trader) in the various Silver Crown Enclaves. Not all of these quests are functional as of the writing of this patch message, but should be within a day or so. Council and Blackscale quests will follow as soon as we've had a chance to test the faction rank system with these new quests.

Further Council quests aren't in yet.
