Hello, I am working on my CoI Aug and had a bug while trying to upgrade my Council's Associate Badge. After recieving xp/diety faction for finishing all of the quests in The Storm Sea by talking to Councillor IX in Underhill, he told me to give him my old ang, and he would give me a new one, but he isn't accepting the old aug and just returns it to me. Any way someone could look into this/provide some insight of what I should do? This is on Siais btw if that helps.

He didn't do a step in the quest. I can't stress enough how much reading the quest dialog helps you, instead of just following the wiki. Occasionally things do break, but there are a LOT of times when someone just skipped ahead without paying attention to the quest dialog.
