council aug resists v. blackscale and sc

While the blackscale and sc augs have a total of 10 resists on them (poison/disease & fire/cold, +5/+5 respectively) the council of innovation one has only magic for a total of 8, would buglist it, but not sure is this an oversight or intended?

Don't know if it's intended either, but I wouldn't say "only". If you ask me as the council assistant i am, I wouldn't change :toot:

Intended. Magic is a bit more useful than the other resists.
