Corrupted Piter not spawning

I have sat through 8 or 9 Day Cycles and 8 or 9 Night cycles in North Badlands at the appropriate camp that (Corrupted Piter) is supposed to show up.
Not once has he shown up.
I think his spawn is broken and should be looked into.
Please if possible post here if you check into it and it is working properly and is just this insanely rare show.

oh if it is this rare of a show I seriously recommend adjusting it based on the items/items dropped by this guy or to add a level of enjoyment to the midlevel for rare finds.

I have seen the piter a few times and I always assumed he just had to get hit by one of the shadows to become the named, Sucks that hes rarely up though at that.

Yeah I always assumed he spawned only when a shadow touched the normal version.

I had always heard you could kite shadows to him or vice versa.
