oh yeah I forgot bards were not effected by any mods other then instrument mods.

What about Enchanters Control and Dictate ?
essentially getting an extra 36 seconds on those.
This change might make enhanced control aa a little bit better. Would the % from Enhanced control be before or after the extra duration was applied?
 
Yes it works on control and dictate, they are just like any other charm spell. And Enhanced control works by enhancing current remaining charm duration, so last, after all other benefits. This behavior is not new, and have not changed due to the Control Enhancement changes.
 
Is it possible to see this added to a few more items tier 8-10? I know focus effects shouldnt be ultra common, but most of the items it is on right now are large downgrades stat wise for me. I was kind of shocked out of the 38 pieces of solid gear I have equipped or banked not a single piece had it also.
 
Aye... it seems to be very rare foci. Out of the entire guild... only a mage has a item with this effect on it :(

Dam mage has more slow focus then the shamans lol.

I know of at least 3 tier 8-10 items with the CE3 effect on them.

I would venture a guess that there are more than just those 3.
 
All the custodian has is a knee brace from an old war injury and a criminal record related to rummaging around in the trashcans outside the women's locker room.

Hey now we used to do at least one of those mobs. If other guilds would clear the rest of the zone we'd gladly kill him! :C
