Looks great!

Some things that I see are missing are:

Barrens connects to Passage of Neth

Greenlight hills connects to Sanctus Sseru


I'd classify fungus grove, scarlet desert, and twilight sea as all low level zones. You could easily make a case for zones being a different classification but then you could spend all day describing the zones and you could still get discrepencies. Maybe add a new level range of "low to mid level" for crystal caverns and "mid to high level" for first ruins?
 
Missed connection:
Greenlight Hills connects to Grieg's End which then connects to Scarlet Desert.

As far as I know Grieg's is currently unpopulated as well.
 
you miss icewell keep wich connects to Crystal caverns and thurgadin
and you miss the PvP zone (Kerra ridge (i think)) wich connects to shadowhaven(haven of lore)
and its Tower of Tarhyl instead of tower of turhyl

one thing if noticed from the map is you list Bancak Mines as low lvl and yet im a 23 mage and the things Ive seen in there are still Red to me how does this clasify as low lvl?
 
Yeah, would say bancak mines would be atleast mid lvl. At 40 a majority of the stuff is blue still and with goblins being healers, still very hard at 40.
 
Hopefully that was it. I also changed the map around a little to make it fit on one page.
