I recently started a Iksar Warrior and while i throughly enjoyed the repairing of the armor, I seem to be stuck on the quest to reconstruct the two swords. After having obtained the Aggresive and Defensive Duelist Sinew both platnuim stamps, the hammer and the steel rods, I cant seem to be able to move past this point due to the quest 1. not detailing the 2 "Blocks of Ore" part enough to know what to get ;( and that the way to tells you to combine everything is confusing and lacks a location at which to combine. any help is greatly needed.

From the sound of it do you need to mine the two blocks of ore? If that's the case you probably combine the items in a forge.
the quest npc just said that i needed 2 "Blocks of Ore" and that was all he said about them If noone can figure this out, can the Quest NPC atleast be fixed so that i cna look over the quest information again like i should be able to? when i talk to him he asks if i have the swords or if i was not listening carefully - [ I'm listening. ] but he does not continue the talk.

Well it doesn't take much to mine two blocks of ore. I'd buy a pickaxe and find a place to mine them to see if you can't get some while you're waiting for some other results.
instead of relying on the pic i will just write what the npc said so here goes:
Kathik of the Blade says, 'I'm sure you'll try trooper, otherwise I wouldn't be wasting my time, whether you succeed is another matter. The blade and handle are one peice, a tempered steel rod hammered to keen edge with a Blackscale Hammer, remember to watch the balance. The grip for each blade must be made from the sinew of a fine swordsman amoung your enemies, you may find worthy opponents within The Halls of Mielech. Finally, a brick of ore is needed to fogre a hilt for each blade, stamp one of those symbols into each hilt with your Blackscale Hammer to make them properly. The first says Kai, it stands for offense, yur strong hand. The second, Sei, means defense, your offhand. Combine the parts for each blade separately with the Blackscale Hammer and with any luck you will find yourself the owner of rare swords from history.
I have all the parts but the bricks of ore, and i cant figure out how to use the blackscale hammer to combine stuff, doesnt work at a forge and cant be equiped =(
