as i approach my 50th kill, i have to ask... does this item even still drop? i know there was some drama surrounding it and it's been suggested to me by a few people that it was removed from the drop table.

anyone seen it recently?

I'd bet on them being outliers. On the opposite end of the spectrum I killed him maybe like 3 times. I'd say like 40x+ without a drop of it would be pretty reasonable, given it's usefulness.

To be fair, at a 5% drop rate, there's still a 0.6% chance of not seeing it drop in 100 kills.
