it'd have to give overcap attack or it would be useless for meleeCombine BP + Combine Legs + Giant/Dragon Aug + something else? = Combine Supremacy aug (no other stats)
Balance the loss of the faction aug with the convenience of never having to cast combine buffs.
i wish there was a tome line for melee that raised cap on worn atk
It's actually not a problem I have per se, since at this point I'm basically itemizing for skill gains, bane, and other non-stat effects. It would however be a thing to help melee scaling, maybe. Instead of having the situation where you get your next weapon upgrade and suddenly gain 20% more dps.if you tier up you wont have that problem. worn attack doesn't exist in the higher tiers

And... I see plenty of top 5 with well over 150 worn attack -- e.g. Draeos and Galsan have 250+ worn attack.
I am capped?how is it not a problem you have if you are below worn atk cap?
Back on topic: I cant really see any high tier nerd sacrificing their dragon/giant aug to a combine supremacy aug. Or wanting a combine supremacy aug at all. Trading a buffslot for an augslot really isnt worth it in most scenarios, much less trading your dragon/giant aug too
an aug with +233 mana/hp, +54 atk, +33 fr/mr/cr
two open buff slots
vs.
an aug with +40 hp/mana +10 all resists +5 mind shield (or stun resist)
buff with +200 mana/hp +50atk
buff with +30 fr/mr/cr
seems like a pretty fair trade.
You must have had something swapped when i looked earlier, you were sitting at 140ish. Either way, you lose a small amout of HP and mana, 50 atk(no melee is giving up 50 atk for a buffslot, especially with inflated hp values of 2.5). For the incredibly small number of fights where resist matter, you lose on total resist anyways. I just cant see a situation where anybody would utilize this ideaI am capped?

You guys are acting like (if this were to happen) the stats on that aug couldn't be changed to match 240 hp/mana etc, etc. If you're going to already eat up an aug slot + two potential buff slots for combine, I don't see why having the combine buffs + dragon/giant faction aug stats all rolled into one place is a bad idea. You keep the same amount of augs as you normally would while freeing up two potential buff slots.
to many salty captains on this ship for any treasure to be found here.
Didn't the buff limit increase? or is it still the same?
