I just got my combine silk robe and love the look etc. But when the vaperous w/e (the guy for the turn in) discribes it as like its 100x better then it is. I really want use this robe as an upgrade but unfortunately Lord Greyclaw's robe is still superior for the fact that it has ft. I don't think this request will happen but basicly I'm curious if you could add FT to the combine silk robe and Regen to plat/chain ones to stay current. Only asking cuz there isn't that many great robes on the server as plat/chain bp ones. I was really hoping this one would of had some FT becuase I hate being stuck with my ugly orinmental banana robe. The only awesome robe I've seen was robe of burning lava which doesn't drop anymore becuase the zones out for now. Just a thought, and I really hope you consider. I'd also like to note this robe is like 1000x harder to get compared to Lord Greyclaws and its the last of the ornate series so can it have some sort of other bonus besides the right click 200 hp + 200 mana.

I look at this through the math. FT 1 is 1 extra mana per 6 seconds standing, 2 per 6 seconds sitting. That means that in 1 minute you get 10 mana standing or 20 sitting. Over an hour that equates to 600 mana (standing)
Personally, I would wear the combine, as the stats more than make up for those 2 extra nukes per hour you could throw from wearing the FT1.

so essentially the lord greyclaw robe should be on par with what, the ornate version of the robe? i dont have the combine version of the robe yet, just the ornate, but dont forget about the clicky on the combine robe giving bonuses to hps and mana for dragon lovers which bumps up the raw mana total, and what is it? hps and attack for giant lovers? i will admit though, that not having any sort of perk except for stats that have the potential of capping out and a right clicky that just gets upgraded a little isnt much of a bonus considering the difficulty to obtain the combine robe. having FT 1 or 2 put on would give it a dramatic boost in popularity and in usefulness over the Ornate Grey Shroud.

The effect is irrelevant becuase I can click the combine robe and just put on greyclaw's. I really just wish combined was upgraded to be more par with the difficultly it takes in acquiring it.
If you think like that then yes combine is 340 mana, but greyclaw is 360 mana. Ultimately the only real difference between combine silk robe and ornate is 50 mana 50 hp, exactly same int, maybe it has more sv and lil more charisma but thats about it, nothing special like it was made up to be.
