Combine Armor Cloaks

Any chance of getting some Charisma added to the cloaks?
I don't think it would overpower them and it would seem in line to have a character be a little more Charismatic while wearing such finely crafted cloak.

I wouldn't push your luck on combine cloaks, they're already the single best piece of combine gear stat-wise by a pretty wide margin. Which is to say that adding charisma wouldn't really make them overpowered because they are already overpowered because they have 2 flowing thought and 125 mana, which is pretty fantastic at that tier. Also 8 sv all. Jeez louise, combine cloaks are ridiculously good.

I do like the logic about charisma coming from a finely crafted cloak, but wouldn't that mean all good cloaks should give charisma? Plus from that perspective it kind of doesn't make sense that something like the cloak of writhing veins should give charisma at all. And maybe there is something unsettling about wearing armor made by an insane imprisoned whatever.
