I believe that I may be bugged with the Brother Mine step in the CoI quests. I hailed the prototype and got the message to collect the 3 reports (it has been many weeks, however, since I began this step by hailing the prototype). I have now collected the reports and tried to do the turn in yesterday, only to find that the prototype will not engage me. He returns the reports and simply stands there. I hail him and nothing happens. I engage him and "my attacks have no effect". My journal says that I am to find the 3 reports and return them to the prototype, so I appeared to be flagged correctly. Any suggestions?
