Coast Quest Armor

Is there a lvl limit (min) that u'r able to do this quest? Or do mobs just make it difficult? And is therre any faction required? I wanna take some newbs down there and get em some armor. thx ahead of time.
 
There's no level requirement at all; you can theoretically do the quest from level 1. No faction beyond not being KoS with the Othmirs is necessary, so it should all be fairly simple except for the "getting there" part... there are two main ways to get to WF:
  • Nexus->Great Divide->Eastern Wastes->Stormkeep->Faentharc->WF and
  • Nexus->Mistwoods->Erimal->Warrens->Bancak->Faentharc->WF

    Neither route is particularly dangerous if you have invis available, but pretty much the only way without invis is taking the GD/EW route, which requires you to not be KoS with giants. Alternatively, you could try to find someone to port you to WF or FW, which would shorten it considerably.
