Cmal Summoner Loot Poof

Sorry in advance if this isn't the right forum for this, but I looted some kicks off the Summoner last night and they poofed off my shaman (Pagloac) here is the screen:

All Cmal 3.2 loot has a chance of poofing iirc.

back when i got my twilight rapier i was told to /cm save by a groupie as soon as i looted it and equipped it. Soon as i zoned it poofed. Petitioned it and it was reimbursed within seconds. Really all that matters is if your petition gets handled quickly. Which im sure will if there is a dev online at that time.
