Dont mind me too much here im just cranky and i shall tell you why.

yesterday me and some guildies went into cmal 3 to try and get me my gladiators gloves which as many know are a very important tank item. I was in there for 12 hours and these are the gloves that dropped. 2 druid, 2 necro, 1 Shadowknight, 1 ranger, 1 wizard, 1 beastlord, 1 rogue, 1 bard. Whats even worse is that of all these classes not one of my group members was one of them.
I am beginning to think that Cmal 3 works against people and never drops suff for the classes that are there. i know that cant be true and we were just having rotten luck but ive bene seeking those gloves for a month now and everytime im there its the same story.
Tis very frustrating knowing that they are there and they elude your grasp everytime. the only thing close to gladitors glove si have obtained is the gladiators bracer which inst the greatest but it is proof that gladiators items drop there.

well anyway im done ranting now. i just had to get it out of my system before i started spamming OOC with how much i hate Cmal.

It took me 52 hours of cmal to get my gloves in 6 straight days. No sympathy from me!
 
I think Ratkon needed about a year to get those and I haven't seen any mage ones myself, even though I really wanted them and spent too much time in cmal3.

oh and p.s.

i heard if you're in cmal3 when cmal4 is up and there is a group waiting then nothing you want to drop is going to drop.. so it's best if you just zone out and let the cmal4 crew do work and then re-enter zone and get your phat loots np
 
Not the first run either, think its running up on 10 or so halfday runs. Though I've never seen the mage gloves drop either, and I have also spent entirely too much time in cmal. Though I have been looting other glove sets out of pure spite and a hatred as pure as sunshine.
 
We've been there for months and still no gloves for our main tank.

wtfever cpt america. I don't care who the hell you are I don't care that you have 700 AAs I don't f'ing care that you're in forsaken, my cmal groups ARE NOT going to step aside so others can have their way and especially the almighty forsaken so they can have their way. You guys bitched and cried for hours like a bunch of babies and were accusing us of blocking you from cmal4. WAAAAA. WAAAAA. WAAAAA. And it pissed me off ROYALLY that you DARE try to buy us off with cmal4 loot. I feel sorry for the few good and mature people in forsaken that are associated with the rest of you babies and high horses in it. Grow the hell up.
 
i remove the gladiator's gloves from the drop list every other week just then readd them the next, just to be mean

True story. He did the along the line with the Torn Enchanted Silk Robe drops once. Random can be cruel but not compared to broken drop rate. ;)
 
one of my longish-term goals has been to add a quested item with the same click as the c3 warrior gloves. its just been behind the 800 other things i want to do :(

enc ones are worse

a clicky of lower level version of a cheap, fast-casting spell? SIGN ME UP! its almost like i get to save a spell slot, but not quite, because it only helps against mobs trivial enough that it isnt worth it to cast the higher level spell :dance:
