CMAL 1.0

Hey all, been trying to get keyed for other portions of CMAL for a little while now. I log in, find a few of my friends, and blow through the zone just to find that the boss is not up. Do people just farm this zone? I know that part 1 is rather simple and that people go in and bring their twinks along with a few higher tier people and grab loot for thier twinks.

This is all well and good but there are people that would really like to progress into CMAL 2/3 etc but cannot due to people farming the bosses here. The concept of the zone is great and I love the way it is setup, but with a key only dropping when the boss is up and people farming the boss for twinks and letting a key rot because they don't need is a little frustrating.

I also do not know of the timer on these bosses, I have heard it is 12-24 hours which would be ok, as it would split up some of the time zones abilities to get to the boss when it spawns. Can this be confirmed so I can better time when the boss might be up for a key to CMAL 2.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Well, yes the lower tier people do it for gear a lot so it is almost always camped by them and the higher tier people will occasionally solo/duo it for exp/alt loot.

More often than not its people like you killing cmal 1-2, you have to remember that it has some of the best loot for players without guilds who are looking to move up in the world, and progress.

Raid geared players have nothing really to gain from there even for alts as most of the end game players alts are better equiped than cmal1 or 2 loot.

As far as the respawn I think it is longer than 1 or two days. I think it might be 4 or 5 days for key holders I know 4.2 is about that.
 
I understand that some quest pieces for the new PoLore quests come from some of the CMal bosses, and that people are actively tracking for them and taking them down when available. This is obviously going to cause a bit of contention for those bosses since PoLore is so new. It should settle down a bit eventually.
 
Ahh I forgot about that yeah the PoLore stuff, yeah its going to be camped by those of us in the end game looking for those pieces honestly. Honestly though the artifacts was a bad idea, it has higher tier guilds rolling lower tier content for the pieces and once we know the reward if its anything worth all the trouble its going to get worse.
 
Would it be possible to perhaps have a * version of the names pop more often that only has the key? It is difficult for people who can progress past Cmal1 but do not have a key to do so, because Cmal1 becomes trivial and yet many people are stuck there. With the bosses being camped for quests by people who are far above this level and probably far more dedicated to tracking the zone, it makes it extremely difficult for those who are trying to progress through cmal to do so. I am not saying someone is wrong in either case just that it would be helpful to have a key only version of the mob.
 
I think that cmal 1 and 2 are on a shorter timer, 12 or 24 hours sounds right. The rare drop off of the boss of cmal 1 is a weight reduction bag that's good for a monk so somebody might be camping it for that too.

I don't know if a * version is appropriate. Competing for spawns is a considerable part of the game. It takes dedication and some luck, but I'm sure you'll catch it before too long.
 
I do not know if it is the best solution either, just a possibility. Though confirmation of a 12-24 hour respawn would make things a little easier I think. If it is that and not a few days a * version would really not do much.
 
cmal 1seems 6-7 hours rest around 8 ccmal1 boss is like 23-25 hours i think same with 2 and 3

4 is prob 3-5
