CLR error: 80004005

so when i click on the shards of dalaya patcher to run the game i get this error every single time.
completely unable to acheive anything and didnt see anything here for this error so i thought i would post.
redownloaded the patcher and bin files that didnt work :what:

help
 
yeah this just started happening today
when i run the program from the cmd line it works fine.. so im going to do that going forward
