1) Can *Clockwork be looked into for why he does not spawn properly, days after being killed you will have seen no sign of a *version and then randomly the next week you will see 4 of him standing in the entrance. This has been the case for a long time and anyone doing vah probably recalls having to petition for him to be spawned.

2) Can *Clockwork be set to accept the turnins for the encounter flag, he is highly contested and somewhat hard to find up, and i need bankslots
 
When you see him at the ent. it is because a GM has manually spawned him. I have seen him up on track when people say they see no signs of him. I am guessing the * version doesn't wander like the regular version. When he has been at the ent. I usually see two * versions on track. I am not sure at this time since I did not design the zone, where he is suppose to spawn, I would certainly hope he is not spawning where the raid mob is killed, hence, why we keep getting petitions that he is not up and end up having two spawned.
