Cloak of the Infernal (Pending No Drop)

Is there a reason why this is being moved to No Drop? I just noticed yesterday that it was being moved to no-drop. There isnt a post about it anywhere, nor is it mentioned in the recent moving the DF/AWT etc loot to no-drop.

I bought this cloak as the best droppable haste item I could find. And it took quite awhile to find a seller and raise the PP for it. Now I have to find a buyer as quickly as possible, as an upgrade is likely for me within a couple of months. Still, I need to find a replacement item as well. I know ETAs are frowned upon, but when is this being moved to no-drop?

Maybe its just an oversite? (Heh, I wish...)

If anything it would make more sense to classify it with the droppable loot that is found in dungeons (ie Taraztus loot). Only reason why it might be made nodrop is if its considered more "easily accessable" like the outdoor mobs because the ancient deepfiend spawns nearer to the entrance of first ruins now. Glad you saw this I hadn't even noticed.
