Cloak of spectral crap ~.~

is this a bug that bard have, i try and cast charm and it says i need a cloak of spectral essense to cast. This has got to be the most retarded thing ever, bards keep getting nerfed and im just starting to wonder why i even play one anymore. If this is infact going to be perma then could we plz move up the bard DOTs damage or something to make up for the useless nerfage??? jeez
 
geez wiz bad day? It wasn't like I out of line, how was I to know it was a bug. If it wasn't you have to agree it would be a stupid nerf... It wasn't anything personal to u. You don't have to attack my integrity, I surely wasn't attacking yours.
 
You were completely out of line. If you post a suggestion, don't be so hostile about it.
 
wel I apologize if I came off hostile, it wasn't intended. I merely was frustrated concerning the bug.
 
Just reading your post I could tell it was a bug. And I also predicted the 2nd post correctly. ;)

I'd suggest just posting what you saw and confirming that it was intended before flying off the handle.
