client crashing before character select

Hey, my client is crashing before character select.
It has not done this before today and the weird part is its only doing it for one specific account.
I can still log in and play another without a problem.
(im getting past the password/login info and the server select).

I'm thinking there is some account specific file or ini i need to remove.. any ideas?

Whenever this happens to me, it's because I left that account logged on another computer. Even if it's in a "hung" state, it's gotta be completely logged off before you can log it in on another comp.

Put link in imageshack-photobucket-etc and link it. Season to taste, chill, and serve.
 
hey.
Thanks for the reply but I dont think that is the problem.
Its still doing it and hes not been logged in for several hours =/
