Clickies and Beastlord Pet Heals

So, I've bug reported this plenty and I don't know if it's widely known about or not but the following item clicky effect set a 30 minute reuse timer on all Beastlord pet heals, yet all can still be clicked one after another w/o issue...

How do you even get multiple lunar tokens?!?

As about Sovereign: I'm pretty positive it's 100% intended that it blocks out pet heals, does the same for mages. (So does Vial of Rainwater btw). Think great DPS boost at the tradeoff of heal ability for the pet. 30 min lockout might or might not be unintentionally long though.

How do you even get multiple lunar tokens?!?

I've noted this problem since the quest was implemented. I tested all of them when they could still be exchanged, hoping that one of them did not set the cool down.
