i don't really like DB as a game mechanic, especially not as a purely passive class tome.

What about a tome that increases Divine Rage proc rate? I kept reading Divine intervention as DR anyays.

yeah, that's not too bad. I still like my old suggestion - giving you a weapon proc that summons a little floaty hammer that hits your target, until the target dies then it depops, basically proccing little hammer swarm pets.

Make them hit hard for like 6 seconds, then depop so you minimize lag.
