Has the Divine Rage aa been reduced? Or the hammer proc itself? I remember proccing for 370 and now it's just 340.

Perhaps you removed a damage increment item you had before? Or perhaps a buff (BST cunning, for instance)?

you may have also been fighting a mob with more spell mitigation too (I.E the sentries in citadel before disarmed and even some of the BQ mobs)
