Cleric Guild in Newport Sewers

Young cult priests have difficulty in buying lv 29-49 spells.

Both cleric spell vendors in newport sewers are selling lv 1 - 24 spells. And other cleric guilds are KOS to cult priests. Create an alt just for buying spells is possible, but it is inconvenient. Can any dev look at this?
