Cleric Bash Tomes Broken?

With the cleric bash opus 4 I used to bash 900 every 3rd or so bash and crit for 2k+. Now bash cant break 20 damage. Something isn't right, is anyone else experiencing same thing?

even if it does work it sucks and shouldn't be in the game. guess that's a whole new topic tho.
