5) Which class do you feel is the most out of balance? In which way? And what should be done about it?
Shadowknights are the lost tanks on Winters Roar it seems. SK's are the best aggro holders in the game in my opinion and can tank just as good as a Paladin. The reason they arent needed on raids (other than to rampage tank) is because they dont have a buff (well you could count the attack saps but no one notices that really) to bring to the raid. SK can't really solo either, until fear is fully implemented.
Monks don't do as much damage as I thought they could here on WR, and rangers.
