5) Which class do you feel is the most out of balance? In which way? And what should be done about it?

Shadowknights are the lost tanks on Winters Roar it seems. SK's are the best aggro holders in the game in my opinion and can tank just as good as a Paladin. The reason they arent needed on raids (other than to rampage tank) is because they dont have a buff (well you could count the attack saps but no one notices that really) to bring to the raid. SK can't really solo either, until fear is fully implemented.

Monks don't do as much damage as I thought they could here on WR, and rangers.

Can't really think of much else right now..

The rest I don't really count as solo classes, though many of them *can* solo. It's situational, depending on level of said class and their environment and their gear, etc.

5) Which class do you feel is the most out of balance? In which way? And what should be done

I don't think any one class is hideously out of balance in all situations. All classes, however, have issues that need to be dealt with - some minor, some not-so-minor. I feel that other than tweaks to meet certain classes needs, more work needs to be done with the world and items to solve most issues the various classes could raise.

5th Question
I feel that most classes are very balanced, however there is the exception with necromancer and magician pets being too tough. As a solo class and Player vs. Player Magicians and Necromancers also have a huge advantage. Beastloards aren't unbalanced, but they are like monks with shaman soloability, and (elemental) earth power pet. You wont find many non(time geared) classes soloing PoFire, but sub(elemental geared) Mag/Bst/Nec seem to pull it off.
