2 questions. The sk/pal pieces have been dropping for a long time already... or are there new ones? Also is there an actual npc to talk to or should we just round up the pieces hoping for the quest dialogue to be implemented?
 
If you don't know, your not there yet, and don't need to know. Won't be spoiling the quest anymore then I have.
