Chest Wraps of the Seer - Faction Bound???

We had Chest Wraps of the Seer drop from Prophet of Tarhansar, and noticed that it has a [FACTION BOUND] tag. I'm guessing this is a mistake? What faction would it be bound to? We were relieved to find that it didn't crumble to dust when the winner of this item zoned. :dance:

From what I remember Woldaff telling me, it's a text bug and nothing more. My little necro has that robe, and he's pledged to Gradalsh. Nothing has crumbled yet!
