Charm resales being nerfed to under 50%

If I recall right, Wiz stated a while back that bumping for the sole purpose of asking for GM feedback was now a big no-no...
 
I saw today that the charms were indeed made no drop. I couldnt find much in the patch about what the resale is now and what the proccess is to get money back from the no drop charm...


I am looking to upgrade my charm soon, but really dont want to loose 250k between two charms instead of jumpuing up to the top (I know I am a looong way off, but 250k is insane.) Alton's idea still rings very loudly for me.
 
- Charms are now NO DROP. They can be redeemed at the charm merchants for roughly 70-80% of the original value.
 
Well, chalk one up to Woldaff not looking hard enough and making a complete ass of himself.
