this charm is aimed primarily at rogues and cannot be replaced until way high end, it has 16 ac, my suggestion is that the AC be removed and be replaced by either some resists or +str as that is a stab-friendly stat that is missing from the charm itself.

Charm of the Nemesis is already awesome, that fact that it can't be replaced easily is a testament to that.
