I agree with tao....let me say that again not sure i what i just did there but i agree with tao, Its a different mind set. One is i am just going to casually play and have fun doing that ( Pre 65 no hardcore plans to raid T8+ ), The other is i am going to play this game to become as good as i can beat the next guy, win the game so to speak. So depending on your goals of the game just pick whatever stats will work for you there.

To me, it's a matter of perspective contained within 2 schools of thought. Will higher Charisma help pre-65? Absolutely. But for the post-65 crowd, there will be a lot more time spent post-65 than pre, time better spent not kicking yourself for being overcapped in CHA, but kicking it with ~200 STA and wishing yo had more HP. I'm not about to scrap my toon by any means, just to min\max. But hindsight is 20-20.
