charged wrong price by vendor

Okay
first off I'm not a tard here... i have no way to explain this so here I am...

I'm in athica at merchant mavannen..

I buy a stack of ectoplasm for 2p and then select the bone chips he has and hold shift and buy, just like i do with all my other stack purchases...

my chat screen shows
Mavannen tells you 'that'll be 1 silver 8 copper per bone chips"
you give 12 plat 4 g 2 silver to mavannen

the hell? first i thought i had clicked something else, but the chat log there and the fact i have nothing new in my inventory tells me something fishy is going on here. there isnt even anything in my inventory that sell from the vender that adds up to or costs 12 pp, so I'm at a loss
it took all my money i had and dropped me to 0 0 0 0 coin the vender even still has the bone chips for sale

Merchant Mavannen, or however you spell it (the merchant in the tavern by athica b zoneline) is bugged. I tried to buy some drake hides off him a few nights ago, and had a similar thing happen. ended up paying out 20ish pp, and not getting the drake hides, but instead, had 2 star dust or dream fungus or whatever the white powder icon he offers is called. And this is not the first time that has happened on this merchant. Petitioned it, but it was late, and i had to log before anyone got to me.

so yeah, it's him, you're not crazy
