character twisting and contorting

Last night, i was able to log in and play fine and dandy.

Today, when i try to log in, at character select, my character twists and turn, and starts to float, things look "unnnatural" for normal game play.

I am on Windows Vista Home premium. I am playing on a laptop. I have an ATI radeon xpress 1500 graphics card.

Please help me!

If you have a dual core processor, check out the link in the FIX FOR MULTIPLE PROCESSSOR ISSUES thread. I had the same problem, downloaded those 2 things from the AMD website, and it works fine now.

thanks, that was the problem, and its fixed now

At first glance, it appeared that the dual core fix referred primarily to AMD processors. Is this an issue for Intel procs as well, and do those measures correct the issue there as well?

I had problems on my intel too, but you can't use the AMD fix, you have to use the hackfix.
