Was wondering if a character transfer would be possible.

Character includes all previous character transfer requirements.

Account Password was Changed and Forgotten.

Did you try sending an e-mail to [email protected]?
Provide as much info about the account as possible and it will probably get restored with the password you'd like to use in the future.
Sending a mail from the e-mail address you used at registering the account is an even easier way.
