Character transfer

Hi... I am a Platinum donator, and I was told it was one of my previlege as a donator that I could ask for some character transfer. I did 1 week ago send an email to [email protected] but since then no news... What is the usual downtime for doing such an operation?

Not long when I did it. If you haven't received your donator flag you may want to send the information from that along too, so they don't have to go looking, might speed things up. Did that the last time I got one. Normally I would say wait a bit then resend, but you posted so one of them will see this anyways. No need.
 
I did them last night, so if you didn't get yours, then I don't have an e-mail from ya. Send again.
