Character stuck in NRo

Could I please have my two characters move from nro to the oasis? I was not aware that the nro and fp zones require the files from the EQ CD. I have the oriignal CD, however, it would take quite some time for me to be able to access it. So having my chars moved would allow me to use them until I can get the needed files. Thankyou.

Characters are:
Sciifo
Xanthier
 
maybe you patched wrong? try and repatch live.

anyways, if you can, petition in game. probably your best bet.
 
I have already tried to repath from live. I searched the forums and found people who had similar problems required the game cd's. thanks
 
To whomever requested a patch to live: That is the reason there is a problem. For some odd reason Live's *ro files are incompatible with SoD's zones, so you have to pull files off the CD's after patching, which sorta makes patching pointless if you've already got up to LDoN(is that the latest expansion SoD uses?).
 
i had the issue once before. i thought it was the server so i petitioned to get my char out. i was told to repatch live and it should work. worked for me :0

Well... I lost my Pally(Ruenki) and I've repatched to live... and Now I'm patching to join back to SoD.... hopefully it will work
