Character Restore

I am not missing my accounts I am missing my characters that were on my account. They are both still listed on Fomelo but they are not on my character selection screen. I have only used one email address with SoD so I know they are listed on my accounts so thats not the issue. I havent played them in several years and I am not sure if something else has happened to them. I have submitted a request through the website but I have not heard anything back. Is there anything else that can be done to check and see about getting these two characters restored. Thanks!
 
My 3 year-old deleted one of my characters 2 weeks ago. I filled out the form on the website to have the character restored. I didn't hear anything back at all for 3 days, then on the 4th day when I logged in my character was magically there again. So, might just take a few days. Hope that helps.
 
Its been weeks now and I havent heard anything at all I suppose I could do it again and see what happens. I will also petition in game and see where that gets me. Thanks for the replies.
